When we start a new diet we usually are very organized to start with. Full of hope, we plan meals, count servings and make sure to have all the ingredients that we need. But, as time goes on, our well thought out plan often slips. We begin to eat the same things day after day and go back to our old habits of rushing through meals to get to the next thing.

When you do go to the grocery store, make sure to always have a list and stick to it. Go to the stores that you are familiar with, so that you can go straight to the things that you need without having to go up and down each aisle.
